About Unimedic

Unimedic AB

Unimedic AB was founded in 1992 by Nils Ivrell, Lennart Leyonberg and Kenth-Olov Norman when Pharmacia ceased production at the Matfors plant.
In 2006 Unimedic was acquired by NewScience and is now a part of the MedCap Group.

Unimedic has a current turnover of approximately 100 million SEK and has 65 employees divided throughout production, quality, administration and warehouse.
The current production includes into about 10 clients and about 60 products.

There is extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing at Matfors, the factory unit has during the years 1965 - 1992 been operated under the direction of ACO, Kabi and Pharmacia.
